We’ll meet to discuss the nitty-gritty details of your plans and vision. In those final weeks, we’ll work together so you can feel confident handing over your carefully crafted wedding plans.

About Onsite Management

On the day of your wedding, the behind the scenes magic begins. I’ll oversee every last detail ensuring your wedding looks like you imagined. This includes:

  • Overseeing vendor arrivals

  • Set-up for ceremony and reception including florals, decor, signage, etc.

  • Table arrangements

  • Sound and AV testing

  • and more

Once the festivities begin, I'll ensure everything is flowing according to plan from guest arrival to ceremony to dinner and dancing - handling any and all issues that come our way.
