On the day of your wedding, the behind the scenes magic begins. I’ll oversee every last detail ensuring your wedding looks like you imagined. This includes:
Managing vendor arrivals and deliveries
Setting up for the ceremony and reception including florals, decor, signage, etc.
Arranging the tables with centrepieces and decor
Testing sound and microphone equipment
Once the festivities begin, I'll ensure your wedding day is flowing according to plan from guest arrival to ceremony to dinner and dancing - handling all issues that come our way.

I try to make this as easy and seamless as possible. As part of your day-of wedding coordination package, we’ll meet for a wedding plan handover meeting 8 weeks before the wedding day. This meeting allows us to dig into the details like reviewing your vendor list, discussing decor and set-up requirements, and understand all the ins-and-outs of your day.
From there, I’ll create a details timeline and schedule of events which we will discuss in our next meeting. I’ll become your go-to person for the day as I handle the logistics in the final few weeks.
